Brief Supportive psychotherapy (6-week session)

This type of therapy session is designed to help alleviate emotional distress. You and your provider will use a variety of tools and techniques to create an environment that will serve as an emotional outlet for you to truly be yourself. Speak freely, receive support, and find new ways to use your empowerment to better understand and manage your health with Brief Supportive Psychotherapy.

Solution-Focused Psychotherapy (6-week session)

Focus on the future and outline clear, manageable goals with Solution-Focused Psychotherapy. In this version of brief psychotherapy, we focus on solutions, not problems, and work towards developing your vision for your future. Find your strengths and improve your weaknesses to help become a better you. Explore best practices to maintaining your health and discover new ways to create and celebrate your success.

Ecotherapy — In  a few months, we plan to start an Ecotherapy group.

Your privacy will always be protected, and none of your personal discussions with your provider will be discussed in the group setting. This outdoor group therapy will only be available after an in-office consultation where it will also be determined if you meet the criteria for this monthly group activity.
